NEWS FROM OUR ECOSYSTEM

Analyze and verify if the effective alignment between business, technology, and innovation correlates to greater digital development and if millennials and/or the no-code can be the key to enable processes in the company. Three main parts form the research:

1. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: Digital Transformation refers to a set of technological, cultural, organizational, social, creative, and managerial changes associated with applications of digital technology in all aspects of society.
2. MILLENNIALS: Millennials are people born between 1981 and 1997, who are now in 2021 24-40 years old.
3. NO-CODE: No-code refers to software development platforms that allow you to create and distribute components without writing code.

COULD MILLENNIALS BE THE KEY?
Those born in the period between the beginning of the 80s and the second half of the 90s, for life experience and studies, are both “analogue” and “digital” thanks to their life experience and studies. They can understand the information systems of the first and second eras and those driven by the most advanced digital frontiers.

They have a more flexible and “horizontal” mindset than computer scientists who, between the 70s and the 80s, actually built the “legacy” information systems that are still the core business engine of many companies today.

COULD NO-CODE TOOLS BE?
The “no-code” tools are software development platforms that allow even business people to create and distribute technological components without writing lines of code.
It could be useful, for example, to help the business realize its ideas and to present a prototype that can be useful to the technological unit. So, IT will understand more concretely what the business wants to develop by optimizing the times OF release and construction.

THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN BTO AND TALENT GARDEN

One of our latest “BTO CXO” research, which explores the trends that most impacted global companies in 2020 and during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighted that the current level of digitization and automation maintains intermediate levels of maturity.
Nevertheless, 40% of the executive class interviewed foresees an increase in the annual expenditure for IT regarding the coverage of skill gaps, compared to the use and knowledge of new emerging technologies. But today is for 67% of the companies interviewed want to invest in it, intending to be ready for more innovation and transformation that will take part in the next few years.
There is still a long way to build, and in this scenario, the new collaboration between Talent Garden and BTO finds space: a shared vision of combining the related expertise for companies towards a more and more dynamic digital transformation.
