Who are we looking for?
Business Analyst
- Analysis and business requirements collection;
- Writing of functional analysis;
- Support the Development Team in the writing of technical analysis;
- Reporting.
PMO
- Project baseline management in order to ensure the fullfilment of all the project activities, according with Scope, Budget, Timing;
- Stakeholder management;
- Support the PM in several activities, such as GANTT monitoring, minutes writing, agenda management, reporting.
PM
- Interaction with the Referents from all the BU leading the collection of their needs;
- Management of all the Resources on the project;
- Activities pianification, according with Scope, Budget, Timing;
- High-level stakeholder management, from the beginning to the deliverable release.
Scrum Master
- Support the Development Team, following the Scrum Value;
- Organisation and management of the Agile cerimonies (poker planning, sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospective);
- Working as a Servant Leader, enabling the Team to overcome the blocks to the achievement of the project’ scope;
- Support and coordination with the Product Owner, monitoring the user stories and the project baseline.
