BTO S.p.A., a Relatech Group company, has equipped itself with an Organization, Management and Control Model according to Legislative Decree 231/01 (MOGC), consisting of:

• a General Part, which sets out the reference principles and guidelines adopted;
• some Special Parts, which describe various types of crimes and offences foreseen;
• Legislative Decree 231/01 and the principles to which all Stakeholders must refer in order to maintain relationships with BTO S.p.A.;
• the Code of Ethics;
• the Disciplinary System.

In particular, the Code of Ethics defines the values, principles, commitments and ethical and behavioral responsibilities that inspire BTO S.p.A. in conducting its business activities. The Code of Ethics aims to strengthen and communicate BTO's commitments and responsibilities, as well as detailing a series of conduct criteria that must guide the activity of BTO, its employees and all those who work within it.
